We are committed to developing our supply chain in a way that respects human and labour rights and to embedding social compliance in all our business operations.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to the values and principles set out in the amfori | BSCI Code of Conduct and work with suppliers who accept our ethical standards, zero-tolerance approach and who are committed to moving forward towards sustainable business.

Certification to amfori | BSCI Social Standards is mandatory for our assembling facilities, as screening process for social conditions but also as a proactive tool to drive continuous improvement on social performance.

Internal Audits

As part of our CR management system, we have implemented an internal audit program to ensure regular evaluation and effective monitoring of compliance with our requirements, policies and guidelines.

Our social compliance audits cover all aspects of our defined zero-tolerance issues such as health and safety, child labour and young labour, wages and working hours, discrimination and harassment of workers, as well as checks on accurate record keeping, production control and capacity management.

Corrective Actions

Any non-compliance identified during an assessment are discussed with the facility management and a corrective action plan (CAP) is developed together, including remediation measures, root cause analysis and preventive arrangements.

We closely monitor the implementation thereof, support the facility during the improvement process and verify the corrective action with follow-up audits.

Trainings

We aim to provide our suppliers with the tools needed to improve working conditions in a sustainable manner.

Regular trainings are conducted to build awareness and competences as to social compliance and zero-tolerance issues, keeping up with changes in regulation and requirements.
